When will I get my online order?

Online orders take 2-5 or 2-7 business days to deliver, depending on where you live in Egypt.

Can I check my order before I receive it?

No, you will receive a sealed package with your order and you are only allowed to open it after you receive it from the courier if you face any kind of problem with the order you can contact us.

You can ask for the fitting service in case you are not completely sure of your size, but with a maximum number of the item (5 items & 2 sizes) it only costs you 50 L.E. (This Service is exclusively for Cairo & Giza Zones).

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can cancel it directly on the website. However, if the order has already been fulfilled, you will need to wait for the courier to contact you. Once contacted, you can refuse to receive the order.
